CMS Can’t Say ''Parallel'' - HIPAA Police Talk Softly, Carry a Very Small Stick.


August 2003. Martin Jensen. CMS can't say that payers can continue to process "legacy format" claims after October 16, 2003, but their enforcement guidelines specifically state that no penalty will be assessed if good faith efforts are made.
